Here are some of the mostly commonly asked questions about how we get paid and if we do direct bill payments.
What Are Your Appointment Fees?
Naturopathic Doctors are not currently covered under OHIP, however, our fees are often covered under workplace (or school) health insurance. Please confirm with your plan for more information on coverage.
Richmond Hill Appointments Fees:
- First Visit (~75-90 minutes) $260
- Follow-up visit (45 minutes) $165
- Follow-up Visit (30 minutes) $115
Naturopathic Doctors are do not charge HST for Naturopathic Visits or lab fees. (HST still applies to supplement sales).
Note: Costs for supplements and labs are determined by patient needs, however, can always be secured outside the clinic at your preferred location.

I am pleased to be offering direct billing to 20+ of the most common insurance providers. Simply bring your group account health insurance card with you to your visit.
If you insurance provider isn’t listed below, bring your paperwork with you, and we can mail the receipt right from the office on the same day as your visit.
