Option #1 Book A Meet and Greet Appointment.
Free 20-minute Meet and Greet! Book an appointment online (click here) or call the office at 416-220-3622. We use these short visits to get to know you and answer any questions you may have about working with us.
Book in a complimentary 20-minute consultation to see if working with me is right for you. Day and evening appointments are available.

Option #2 Book an Appointment: Initial Visit
Ready to go? Book an appointment for an initial intake. This 75-90 minute appointment can be done in person, through our easy-to-use video portal or on the phone. This visit lets you tell us all the things you’ve noticed with your body (we have no limit on the number of concerns), and at the end, you will leave with a plan of action on how we can shift your life.
Virtual Appointments

We are between Yonge and Bathurst just off King Road, about 7 minutes from our previous clinic space in King City.
